If you heard that two dogs were paraded recently in Lagos, it's because of what they did to this little boy, Omonigho Abraham. The four-year-old boy was attacked on September 25th at his parent home in the Igando area of Lagos. As you can see the dogs literally ate his scalp. I hope he fully recovers!
