A young woman who killed her baby daughter appeared at Kwamhlanga Magistrates Court, Mpumalanga, South Africa.

The 27-year-old woman, whose name is not disclosed, appeared in court charged with the murder of a five-months-old baby. Trying to justify her actions a young mother claimed that her daughter repeatedly turned into a python trying to swallow her alive.

Samson who claimed Samuel insulted him in the morning, had been looking for him all day before he found him that night and stabbed him with a bottle on the neck. He was rushed to the hospital and was confirmed dead on arrival.

The police officer who complained of losing his sight after being attacked by a naval officer has gone blind. Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) was attacked on the eye by the naval rating, identified as Warrant Officer Unaji Enejor on February 22 in the Kirikiri area of Lagos State.

The medical staff at a Polish Emergency ward were surprised when 40 year old Kamil Podwinski calmly walked into their medical centre with a 15inch piece of wood stuck right through his head.

According to New York Post, Mr Podwinski was renovating his home in Konin Poland when the freak accident happened. He reportedly told the nurses he was working when he slipped and fell face first onto a sharp piece of wood.
